Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you (and your plants!) to be happy. Because we’re dealing with living things, our return policy is a little different from a typical online store.

Live Plant Guarantee

  • If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the plant and packaging so we can quickly assess the situation.

  • Depending on the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We unfortunately cannot accept returns on live plants once they’ve been delivered safely and in good condition.

  • Soil, fertilizers, and other gardening products may be eligible for return if unused and unopened within 14 days of delivery.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please be sure to double-check your address at checkout—we can’t refund orders shipped to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly.

  • Once plants are in your care, their health depends on proper watering, light, and environment. We can’t refund plants that decline due to aftercare issues, but we’re always happy to offer growing tips and support!

Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
