At Organics of the Gods, we treat every plant like it’s one of our own (because it is until we box it up for you!). We take care to package your order securely so it arrives healthy, happy, and ready to thrive in its new home.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

During peak seasons, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.
Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the continental United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

For larger or heavier items (like trees or bulk soil), special shipping rates may apply.
Live Plant Guarantee

We only ship plants that are healthy and well-rooted.

Each plant is carefully packaged to withstand transit.

If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours (with photos) so we can make it right.
Weather & Seasonal Holds

Extreme temperatures can be tough on live plants. If your area is experiencing severe heat or cold, we may hold your order until it’s safe to ship.

We’ll let you know if your order is delayed for weather-related reasons.
Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Local customers near Phoenix, AZ can arrange for free pickup at our nursery.
